We went to a KFC last week and it was a nightmare. We waited in a drive thru line that didn’t move for 15 min, decided to get out of line and go in and order. Once inside we found out that someones car had broken down in line and that’s why there was no movement. Ok, fine, we’ll just get our food and go. Proceeded to wait for 45 minutes inside for our food before giving up because by the time they had our chicken ready they had no biscuits left and that was basically the only thing my wife really wanted. We ended up just asking for our money back and leav ing...it was absurd. It also took the manager like 10 minutes to find time to even give us our money back. Yes, we spent an hour and 10 minutes at KFC and got no food.
